How Do I ?

Cobh Age Friendly Walkability Routes and Survey

Cobh is currently under going the process of becoming an Age Friendly Town. One stage of this process is to complete a walkability audit along specified routes that are commonly used by older people to assess how walkable the town is i.e. pavements, signage, lighting, etc.

There are three Cobh walkability routes that were walked (pictures of these routes are highlighted below). People can call into the family resource centre to get a hard copy of the map if they want to take part in the walkability. Once the walk is completed a survey to document the findings can be undertaken by clicking the following link:

For any queries on the walkability audit please contact:  Stephanie Cadogan, Cobh Family Resource Centre Ltd. by phoning: 021-4816103

The closing date for the Survey is November 10th.
